The Moinho Cine Fest is directed and programmed by André Almeida Rodrigues, the festival’s founder, who is responsible for its curation, communication and production. His work focuses on promoting short, micro and nano cinema — including films, videodance and music videos — and on building a consistent artistic identity for the festival.

André Almeida Rodrigues is a filmmaker and cultural programmer whose works have been screened at national and international festivals. He founded the Moinho Cine Fest in 2019 and has since been responsible for its artistic direction and programming.
